  • Consolidation of all Starlight U.S. Multi-Family publicly listed retail funds, to form Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 5) Core Fund (TSXV:STUS.A and STUS.U), with over $260M of total equity raised
  • Starlight forges its fourth institutional partnership with a prominent European Family Office for investment in the Canadian Commercial market

  • Acquisition of True North Apartment REIT by Northern Property REIT, resulting in creation of Northview Apartment REIT (TSX:NVU.UN)
  • Starlight forges its second institutional partnership with a pension fund for investment in the Canadian Multi-Family market
  • Third institutional partnership formed with a pension fund for investment in the Canadian and U.S. Multi-Family markets

  • Starlight Investments privatizes TransGlobe Apartment REIT through a consortium of investors, generating 60% to IPO unitholders
  • Following the privatization, TrueNorth Apartment REIT formed and publicly listed on the TSX, with Starlight as the asset manager
  • True North Commercial REIT formed and publicly listed on the TSX (TSX:TNT.UN)
