Reporting to the President of Global Markets and working with a team of results-oriented investment/​corporate development professionals, the Manager, Global Markets will contribute to the capital raising process with prominent institutional global investors (pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, family offices).

• Work with Starlight’s executive team and help develop strategies for each business line, identify expansion and growth opportunities and new businesses.
• Analyze macro trends in the real estate sector and potential investment vehicles that Starlight can launch to address those opportunities.
• Work closely with the company’s Limited Partners and manage investor relations.
• Prepare quarterly reports on the performance of Starlight funds. These reports include analysis of recent performance and include updates on operational and other manager developments.
• Develop pitch books, presentations, and related marketing materials. 
• Build financial models for fund raising purposes.
• Manage due diligence requests from prospective investors during the capital raising process.
• Prepare market research reports including competitors analysis & industry trends
• Assist in crafting the company’s marketing and communications strategy. 

• Undergraduate degree with high academic standing in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, private equity, or real estate.
• Strong experience managing client relationships, marketing and developing key messaging coupled with strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient understanding of private equity, financial services and real estate investments is preferred.
• Strong inter-personal, project management and communication skills
• Excels in a fast-paced environment.
