The Vice President, Asset Management (VPAM) will be responsible for overview of all internal and external reporting, modeling; as well as tracking and consolidation of results, for portfolios managed by the Canadian Residential Asset Management team.
The VPAM will be responsible for oversight of client reporting, financial analysis, identification and implementation of value add opportunities, communication to 3rd party Property Management Companies (PMC’s), creation of annual operational and capital budgets, and ongoing communication with investors, stakeholders and service providers. The VPAM will assist in acquisitions/dispositions and financing activities, create asset plans, train and mentor members of the Asset Management team, and participate in other day-to-day activities as required by the various stakeholders.
