Reporting to the Manager, Investments, the Junior Analyst is responsible for the output and analysis of investment data, market research, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, return analysis, formulating valuations, and assisting with asset management duties.

• Assist the Manager, Investments with screening, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review by the Manager, Investments and other Executives.
• Assist in the preparation of acquisition underwriting and due diligence and prepare relevant reporting requested by the Manager, Investments and Executives.
• Formulate valuations and forward-looking projections in accordance with strategic asset plans.
• Prepare and assist in preparation of valuations, due diligence, and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activities.

• Entry level position
• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or similar. 
• Client focused with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to obtain results in a highly demanding environment.
• Able to handle multiple demands and manage tight deadlines.
• Good common sense and business acumen.
• Able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships, professional and flexible.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communications skills. 
• Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate, multi-residential sector an asset.
• Overtime as required.
