ArtHaus was designed to be one of the most advanced, forward-thinking and well-connected rental residences in Canada, with internationally recognized advanced in-suite technology, connectivity and digital security.
We consider the environmental and social impact of every new Starlight community. We design our builds to reduce our environmental footprint and have completed many developments and sustainable projects across our Canadian portfolio featuring eco-friendly amenities like ENERGY STAR appliances, green roofs, EV charging stations, community gardens and smart thermostats. In addition to in-building ESG considerations, we also plan for the effect our developments will have outside their footprint by planting trees and native vegetation, and surveying local wildlife to mitigate adverse effects on the local ecosystems.
Our developments feature a variety of quality-of-life enhancements that offer convenience, security and a sense of well-being for our residents. These include enhanced amenities such as seasonal and unique landscaping, rooftop terraces equipped with barbeques, dog spas, bike storage, bicycle repair and e‑bike charging stations, package locker systems, monitored parking, dog runs, community gardens and more.
When building a new development on one of our existing properties (an in-fill development), many of the new amenities are made available to existing residents. Providing value to both new and existing residents is essential to our “complete community” development approach.
