Our United Kingdom residential portfolio is focused on providing new rental supply through our build-to-rent (BTR) strategy. We target BTR projects in London commuter belt markets as well as 10 major cities across the United Kingdom that have experienced strong economic and employment growth rates. Our communities are well located within their respective markets with proximity to transit, employment centers and entertainment. In executing this strategy, Starlight will leverage its North American expertise and unique perspective on owning real estate.
