Marketing Coordinator

Overview

The marketing coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the new marketing and leasing programs are being followed and adopted by the PMCs. The coordinator will continuously work with analytics to monitor marketing vitals for the extended SL leasing portfolio and assist them with strong marketing lead funnel. This role is an extension of the Digital Marketing specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, and execute paid digital media campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Google Search, and property listing portals (ILS). Regularly evaluate ad creatives, copy, and CTAs for lease-ups and high-priority properties. Create trackers for benchmarking assisting the manager to make portfolio wide recommendations.
  • Analyze and create dashboards and campaign performance reports for management review, enabling data-driven decisions through tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Lead Managing.
  • Example: Develop weekly and monthly reports for properties to highlight campaign performance and drive strategic adjustments.
  • Assist PMC marketing teams in adopting digital marketing tools, offering hands-on training and support to boost operational efficiency.
    Example: Property-level deep dives and held training sessions for PMCs to increase the lead flow for the properties
  • Monitor Open House calendars and events calendar for highlighted properties. Ensuring these events are well marketed and follow-up with PMCs for reporting 
  • Resolve any technical issues related to property websites, CRM or any other marketing platforms. 
  • Example: Solve any issue related to lead management or with Property Vista’s platform, including media source tracking, tracking number discrepancies, support tickets raised by PMCs, and process technical queries.
  • Support the onboarding and deactivation of marketing channels for newly acquired and disposed properties, ensuring seamless integration or withdrawal across all digital platforms and systems.
  • Example: Managed the launch of newly acquired Cambridge properties’ websites, LM, ILS listings on Rentsync, Apart​ments​.com and GMB 
  • Manage advertising budgets. Work with Asset Management teams
  • Example: Create digital and corporate POs and submitted Invoices on vendor platform, manage billing and invoices of corporate vendors such as Crestview and PR event sponsorships partners.
  • Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) efforts in partnership with an external agency. Maintain operational oversight of Google My Business listings of all the properties.
    Example: Helped PMCs improve reviews and ratings on Google
  • Manage the monthly rental promotions tracker in coordination with Asset Management and PMCs to ensure timely updates of property-level incentives.
  • Example: Get in touch with AMs to update the tracker on a timely basis and share the tracker with PMCs.
