We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Power BI development skills and a good business focus to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, translate them into insightful visualizations, and enable business leaders to make informed decisions. Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset.

• Design and deliver user-friendly dashboards and reports that align with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to understand strategic goals and define reporting requirements. 
• Interpret complex data sets and distill insights that support planning, operations, finance, and asset management decision-making. 
• Translate business processes and workflows into meaningful data visualizations using Power BI. 
• Support business units in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis. 
• Maintain a repository of self-service reports and dashboards, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational metrics. 
• Educate and support business users on best practices for accessing and interpreting Power BI dashboards. 
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s data culture, promoting data literacy and adoption across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI and data analysis, using Power BI. 
• Proven ability to work with business leaders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs. 
• Strong understanding of business processes in functions such as real estate asset management and finance. 
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear, concise visuals and narratives that drive business actions. 
• Familiarity with the real estate industry, including asset management, investment analysis, or asset performance, is considered a strong asset. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Proactive, curious, and business-oriented mindset with a passion for enabling better decision-making through data.
