Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Information Technology, The Project Manager is responsible for leading end to end delivery of technology projects that support Starlight’s strategic priorities. This role oversees all phases of project planning and execution including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and coordinating cross functional teams and external partners. The Project Manager ensures clear stakeholder communication, strong alignment with business goals, and the successful delivery of quality project outcomes on time and within budget.

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Starlight’s strategic objectives. 
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. 
• Scope and Goal Definition: Clearly define project scope, set achievable goals, and establish deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. 
• Timeline and Milestone Management: Create and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans, as necessary. 
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. 
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking. Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. 
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to meet Starlight’s quality standards and project specifications. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments. 
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and manage any issues that arise. 
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive progress reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Business or related field 
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred 
• Proven track record in IT project management, with experience in managing projects in a similar industry or domain
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Organizational: High-level organizational skills for managing complex projects. 
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools. 
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
