Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Senior Analyst is responsible for the output and analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, appraisals and strategic management decisions.

• Review third-party offering memorandums to prepare acquisition underwriting including the creation and analysis of financial models
• Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review
• Review and summarize due diligence materials for acquisitions and dispositions
• Prepare disposition proposals and sale packages
• Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums for live transactions
• Prepare financing packages for lenders and assist with the ongoing management of the financing database
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal valuations and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activities
• Coordinate and prepare internal valuation and due diligence for appraisal & valuation cycles
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations for institutional partnerships
• Maintain research & transaction database

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analysis-intensive position
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance or similar education
• Client focused and strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain results in a highly demanding environment
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Able to develop and sustain cooperative & professional working relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Experience in real estate (multi-residential sector an asset)
