Located in downtown Toronto, ON, this completed project consists of a two-storey health center for Unity Health Toronto with additional retail space at ground level. This in-fill project added roughly 25,000 square feet of new commercial office space at the base and adjacent to the existing apartment tower, utilizing excess surface parking. 155 Wellesley Street East is located in the St. James Town neighbourhood but just a short walk from the downtown core or any of Toronto’s other key community attractions.
