This acquisition significantly expands the company’s growing Canadian residential multi-family portfolio.
The residences, situated along Champlain Boulevard, Christopher Drive and Dudhope Avenue, are in an excellent location and offer convenient access to numerous local services including a licensed home childcare centre, schools, restaurants, grocery stores and a variety of retail shops.
The properties are in close proximity to major highways including highway 401 and are located near key public transit routes, providing residents with easy access to downtown Cambridge and other parts of the Waterloo Region and beyond.
