Toronto – February 1, 2023 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a mid-rise residence (the“Residence”), comprising 101 residential units, located in Waterloo, Ontario.
The multi-family property was originally built in 1965 and is situated on a 2.7‑acre parcel of land within walking distance of Waterloo University and Conestoga College. Residents also have easy access to a number of primary and secondary schools, grocery stores, retail spaces grocery markets and more. The property is also nearby major highways and public transport hubs, making the property for students, commuters and families alike.
