Starlight Investments Acquires Three Rental Residences Totaling 408 Suites in Toronto

Toronto, ON – January 29, 2026 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”), a leading global real estate investment and asset management firm, has acquired a portfolio of three rental residences totaling 408 suites in Toronto, Ontario. 

Located in well-connected east Toronto neighbourhoods, the residences provide convenient access to transit, major roadways, and essential urban amenities. Residents are close to schools, parks, and recreational facilities, with nearby TTC service enabling efficient travel across the city. The communities also offer easy access to a range of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and services, along with direct connectivity to the Don Valley Parkway and other major routes.
