Toronto – June 27, 2024 – Starlight Investments is thrilled to announce that two of its commercial properties, the Consilium Place in Scarborough and the Mississauga Executive Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, are recipients of BOMA Certificates of Excellence. The certification recognizes excellence in the commercial real estate industry and encourages smart and sustainable practices for existing buildings, promoting health, efficiency, and low-carbon performance.

Earlier this year, Consilium Place proudly participated in Earth Hour, a global movement organized by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) which encourages individuals and businesses to switch off non-essential lights and electronics for one designated hour as a symbolic gesture of commitment to the planet. This action not only supports the global movement for environmental awareness, but also demonstrates a dedication to responsible business practices at this property.
The Mississauga Executive Centre is a fully ENERGY STAR certified building, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. ENERGY STAR certified buildings on average, generate 35% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than non-certified buildings.
BOMA Certificate of Excellence recognizes outstanding energy and environmental management and performance and represents a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement in the commercial real estate industry.
