The Property is located in Etobicoke, a modern family-oriented suburb of Toronto’s west end. It is close to public transit, elementary and middle schools, retail, professional services and benefits from easy access to major roadways including Highway 427 and Pearson International airport.
Surrounding the Property is a variety of parks and green spaces including Bloordale Park North, East Mall Park, Dennis Flynn Park and minutes from Centennial Park.

25 Eva Road & 351 The West Mall, Etobicoke – These two five-storey buildings are comprised of 38 one-bedroom units, 41 two-bedroom units and 18 three-bedroom units for a total of 97 units. The units are pet friendly and equipped with stainless steel appliances, private balcony or patio space and fully furnished kitchens including a dishwasher. The buildings have elevators, monitored security cameras and controlled entry for safety. The Property includes on-site laundry and covered and uncovered surface parking. It will be professionally managed by MetCap.
