Situated on an expansive 4.9‑acre site, the Rosewater Estates Complex comprises four six-storey residences, with a total of 232 units. The acquired building, like the three prior acquisitions, contains 58 suites. Accordingly, the complex also hosts 290 parking spots, including guest and accessible parking. The suites at Rosewater Estates boast larger-than-average size, with one-bedroom suites averaging 725 square feet while the average for two-bedrooms is 1082 square feet.
