Starlight Investments Expands Toronto Area Portfolio with Acquisition of Four Rental Communities Totaling 481 Suites

Toronto, ON – February 26, 2026 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”), a leading global real estate investment and asset management firm, has acquired a portfolio of four Toronto area rental residences comprising a total of 481 suites.

Situated in highly connected neighbourhoods, the residences offer convenient access to public transit, major roadways, and essential urban amenities. Residents benefit from nearby TTC and MiWay services, providing efficient travel throughout the city, as well as direct connections to highways and other key transportation routes.
