The properties are located in the city of Brockville, Ontario within close proximity to retail shops, schools, community services and Highway 401. The building consists of spacious one, two and three-bedroom units and offers outdoor parking, on-site laundry facilities, a social room and an outdoor pool in a courtyard setting.
The Properties will be managed on site by Metcap Living.
