Toronto – April 03, 2023 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is proud to announce that one of the company’s multi-residential communities, located in Guelph, Ontario, has achieved BOMA Best Gold Certification. As part of a larger, four-residence community, this residence now joins the other three in achieving BOMA Best Gold certification.
BOMA Best is a national program in Canada that assesses and recognizes excellence in energy and environmental management and performance in residential buildings. BOMA Best Certification is widely recognized in the industry and serves as an important benchmark for sustainable building practices.

The building boasts upgraded heating and cooling, energy efficient in-suite appliances, advanced building automation systems, LED lighting systems and water efficient fixtures. The residence also features a dog spa, yoga room, golf simulator, lawn bowling space and a number of quality amenities. The community is also one of 25 Starlight communities that hosts a communal beehive and pollinator station as part of a sustainability partnership with Canadian company, Alveole.
The achievement of BOMA Best Gold Certification for this community is a testament to Starlight Investments’ commitment to sustainable building practices and the company’s ongoing efforts to minimize the environmental impact of its communities.
