Toronto – May 9, 2024 – Starlight Investments is thrilled to announce the unveiling of several new rental suites at Parkwoods Village in Toronto.
For this initiative, 14 net new suites were created using underutilized portions of the properties at 67 and 70 Parkwoods Drive. The new homes include a combination of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites within these well-established residences only minutes from elementary schools, grocery stores and Highway 401. All suites integrate modern designs and finishes with optimal layouts, many of which feature outdoor space.
