Lighthaus

Lighthaus is a development project currently under construction on the Northern docks of the city. It is 31 storeys and will deliver 278 new rental suites, consisting of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom suite layouts. Community residents will enjoy access to a world class mixed-use waterfront. Other amenities include a sky lounge, fitness centre, co-working space, concierge services and a residents’ lounge. This development is set to complete in late 2025.
