Lougheed Village

Lougheed Village is a proposed multi-phased infill development project consisting of 1195 units across three new high-rise apartments at heights of 36, 39, and 48 storeys, respectively. The development will include private access to an outdoor tennis court, children’s play area, daycare and an expansive multi-use outdoor area. Lougheed Village is just a short walk from Lougheed Town Centre Skytrain Station and Lougheed Mall, providing convenient access to both shops and transit.
