The Lively

The Lively is an infill development project currently under construction in the Upper Lonsdale neighbourhood of North Vancouver. The development will provide 40 new rental units within a new four-storey building and three-storey stacked townhome, respectively. The site also contains an existing 15-storey apartment with 88-units. The location is adjacent to Victoria Park, a short walk to an abundance of amenities along Lonsdale Avenue and offers beautiful views of the Burrard Inlet and Downtown Vancouver.
