This property was purchased in January 2015 as an out-dated hotel for conversion into a highly amenitized residence. The award is Starlight’s second successive Renovation of the Year accolade with Seaview Towers located at 450 Dallas Road in Victoria, British Columbia receiving the honour in 2017.
