The Property is comprised of 55, one and two bedroom units and is located between the Larry Uteck Exchange and BMO Centre. Features of the Property include surface and underground parking, on-site storage and a state-of-the-art security system. Nearby amenities include public transit, retail shopping and groceries stores as well as local pharmacies. The Property is also in close proximity to local high schools and the Blue Mountain Wilderness Area.

The Property will be managed on-site by MetCap Living.
