Toronto – March 29, 2018 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a newly built, low-rise, concrete, multi-residential property located at 245 Innovation Drive in Bedford, Nova Scotia (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 58 bachelor, one, two and three bedroom units and offers underground parking, in-suite laundry, a state-of-the-art gym facility, and a roof top social room. Located in close proximity to one of Starlight’s recently acquired properties, 200 Broad Street, the Property offers access to BMO Centre and the Larry Uteck Exchange. Nearby amenities include local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping boutiques and pharmacies. The Property offers access to public transit and local highways.

The Property will be managed on-site by MetCap Living Management.
