The Property is comprised of 30, one and two bedroom units in an eight storey building equipped with a laundry room, underground and surface parking and 30 storage units. The Property is in close proximity to public transit, major highways and St. Paul’s Hospital. Nearby amenities include the English Bay Beach, Sunset Beach Park and various restaurants, stores and pharmacies
The Property will be managed on-site by Metcap Living Management.
