Toronto – November 23, 2018 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 25 Cougar Court, a concrete, high-rise, multi-residential building located in Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 236, bachelor, one, two and three bedroom suites situated in a 20 storey building that offers on-site laundry, elevator access, underground and surface-level parking, and a controlled security system. The Property is in close proximity to local public schools, the Scarborough Golf and Country Club, restaurants and grocery stores and also offers access to public transit and major highways.

The Property will be managed on-site by MetCap Living Management.
