Toronto – February 12, 2021 – Starlight Developments (“Starlight”), a division of Starlight Investments, announced today that it has officially topped off the second of two concrete towers at its Art Haus development in Kitchener, Ontario. The property’s first tenants are expected to begin occupying Art Haus in June 2021.
Located at 1425 Block Line Road, the development is comprised of one high-rise, 12-storey, concrete tower and one mid-rise, eight-storey, concrete tower totaling 363 units and 360,000 feet of gross floor area. Art Haus units will be equipped with the latest in-suite technologies and condominium quality finishes as well as common area amenities including a rooftop lounge and terrace, social rooms, a gym, a basketball court, parcel storage and underground and surface parking equipped with EV charging stations.
