Toronto – March 30, 2021 – Starlight Developments (“Starlight”), a division of Starlight Investments, announced today that it has commenced construction of a 25 unit purpose-built rental complex at 15 Brenthall Street, Toronto, Ontario. The development is located in North York’s Newtownbrook West neighbourhood. The property is minutes away from a wide range of retail amenities, supermarkets, community services, restaurants, boutiques, trendy cafes, access to major roadways and transit.
The in-fill development is adjacent to an existing four storey, 47 unit mid-rise building fronting onto Brenthall Street. The three-storey building comprising 25 stacked townhouses includes 24 two- bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit. All units will include luxury finishes including a smart home technology package, nine-foot ceilings, in-suite laundry and a private balcony or terrace. Outdoor amenities to include a landscaped courtyard, underground parking and bicycle storage.
