Toronto – April 21, 2021 – Starlight Developments (“Starlight”), a division of Starlight Investments, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed construction of McGregor Park Towns. McGregor Park Towns is an in-fill project, comprised of 21 two-bedroom and three-bedroom units located at 1265 Birchmount Road, Scarborough Ontario. The development compliments the existing mid-rise rental tower located at 1255 Birchmount Road, Scarborough Ontario. Tenant occupancy will commence on May 1, 2021. In addition to modern designed units with upscale finishes, McGregor Park Towns will be home to a new dog park, children’s playground and outdoor barbeque area. The Healthy Suite Program for an added level of protection for tenants prior to move-in has also been introduced.
