Toronto – December 18, 2017 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of two concrete mid-rise, multi-residential towers located 945 and 955 Huron Street in London, Ontario (the ”Property”).
The Property is comprised of 169 suites and features one and two bedroom units. The Property boasts surface and underground parking, as well as elevators and an outdoor swimming pool. Located in the Huron Heights neighbourhood of London, the Property is within walking distance of local shopping plazas that feature grocery and retail stores. The Property is in close proximity to local public and catholic schools as well as Fanshawe College, all of which are accessible through nearby public transit.
