Toronto – November 30, 2017 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a concrete mid-rise, multi-residential building located at 3967 Lawrence Avenue East in Scarborough, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is a ten storey tower comprised of 102, one, two and three bedroom units and features surface and underground parking as well as on-site laundry facilities and a state-of-the-art security system. With close proximity to the highway and public transit, retail amenities and shopping are easily accessible from the Property. The Property is also within close proximity to Bluffer’s Park Beach, the Toronto Zoo, the University of Toronto, Centennial College and the Scarborough Golf Club.

The Property will be managed on-site by Cogir Management Corporation.
