Toronto – March 8, 2021 – Starlight Developments (“Starlight”), a division of Starlight Investments, announced today that it has increased its commitment in Greater Victoria, British Columbia and has acquired 2.34 acres of land for development in The District of Central Saanich.
The District of Central Saanich is home to over 17,000 residents and is known for its beaches, parks and public amenities. The development proposal includes two multi-family buildings with ocean views located within the Marigold Lands, a new master planned community steps to the waterfront and in close proximity to numerous amenities.
