Toronto – 29^th June, 2022 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 11 assets (the ​“Properties”) in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Victoria, British Columbia. The acquisition, which totals 1,374 units, speaks to Starlight’s strategy to provide high-quality rental properties to tenants across the country.

The Properties

All Properties included within this portfolio come complete with on-site laundry, fully furnished kitchens including dishwashers and stainless-steel appliances, elevators, controlled access & security systems, and surface and underground parking. Many of the Properties are amenity rich with indoor swimming pools and fitness facilities to name a few. The Properties consist of low, mid and high-rise buildings and include bachelor, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.

Located in lively communities such as Victoria’s Burnside neighbourhood, North Vancouver and Coquitlam residents in all properties will have ease of access to high- quality schools, restaurants, grocery and retail shopping.
