Toronto – September 13, 2019 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of a portfolio comprised of 12 properties located in Toronto, Ontario (the “Properties”).
The Properties comprise an aggregate 628 residential units across 12 properties comprising 19 buildings. Each building was built between 1925 to 1972 and is located at the following addresses: 74 Curlew Drive, 260 Gamble Avenue, 310 & 312 Lonsdale Road, 2040 Eglinton Avenue West, 5, 7 & 9 Stag Hill Drive, 327 Chisholm Avenue, 338, 340 & 342 Donlands Avenue, 580 The East Mall, 778 Broadview Avenue, 2029, 2035, 2041, 2049 & 2055 Victoria Park Avenue, 2367 Queen Street East and 2701 Eglinton Avenue West. Located in Toronto, tenants of the Properties have access to public transit and major highways, taking them to any point of the city including downtown Toronto, colleges and universities. The Properties are walking distance to shops, shopping malls, local parks, and several primary and secondary school options. The City of Toronto also provides an array of community amenities accessible to tenants at each of the buildings including public libraries and community centres.
Each of the Properties offer on-site laundry facilities. In the suites, tenants will find spacious layouts with modern kitchens including stainless steel appliances. The Properties will be managed on site by either Sterling Karamar or Greenwin Inc.
