Toronto – December 1, 2015 — Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a mid-rise, concrete, multi-residential building, located 77 Parkwoods Village Drive in Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 85 units in a six storey building with surface parking. The Property is in close proximity of transit, grocery stores and parks with many bike paths in the local area. The Property will be managed on-site by Greenwin Inc.
