Toronto – April 1, 2019 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of eight buildings located at 14, 18, 22, 26 and 30 Tichester Road and 1531, 1535 and 1539 Bathurst Street in Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 224 residential units on a 1.34 acre site. The Property features on-site laundry and covered surface parking. Each unit offers spacious layouts and upgraded kitchens with stainless steel appliances. The Property’s nearby amenities include Cedarvale Park Dogs Off-Leash Area, Casa Loma, Brown Community Centre, Loblaws, LCBO, several restaurants and other retail shops. The Property is in close proximity to many local parks, The University of Toronto, and easy access to public transit and major highways.
