22 & 40 Bedros Lane is comprised of 150 units in two 7‑storey buildings with surface and underground parking, in-suite laundry, a fitness facility and security cameras. The property boasts beautiful views of the Halifax and Bedford Harbour and is located in close proximity to parks, walking/running trails, major bus routes, highways, schools, daycares, shopping and various restaurants. The property will be managed by MetCap Living.
250 Lena Crescent is comprised of 135 units in a 14 storey building with surface parking, an exercise room, a storage room, bike storage, a recreation and social lounge with large screen TV and kitchen, in-suite laundry and security cameras. The property is located in close proximity to Highway 401, public transit, Cambridge Centre, restaurants, grocery stores, medical centres and parks. The Property will be managed by Greenwin Inc.
