Toronto — February 21, 2017 - Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a multi-residential property located at 65 – 99 Silver Springs Boulevard in Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 56 townhouse units and 374 units in three, 9‑storey buildings. The Property has both surface and underground parking, laundry facilities, tenant locker rooms, a basketball court and playground and is in close proximity to schools, retail shops, a hospital, medical centres, a sports complex and public transit.
The Property will be managed on-site by MetCap Living.
