Toronto – December 12, 2018 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of three highly sought-after concrete high-rise multi-family buildings located at 1340, 1350 and 1360 Danforth Road in Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).

It consists of bachelor, junior one-bedroom, one- bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options totaling 570 residential suites. The property features stainless steel appliances, on-site laundry, outdoor amenities, elevators, and underground and surface parking. Nearby amenities include Knob Hill Park, Trudelle Park, Knob Hill Public School, John McCrae Public School and several retail and restaurant options. Residents have easy access to public transit and the Don Valley Parkway. The Property will be managed on-site by Metcap Living.
