Toronto – April 4, 2019 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of two concrete multi-residential buildings located at 1320 & 1330 Danforth Road in Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 115 bachelor, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units in two mid-rise concrete buildings. The Property features on-site laundry, monitored entry with security cameras, and surface parking. Each unit offers spacious layouts and kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Located in the Eglinton East neighborhood, the Property’s nearby amenities include Scarborough Village Recreation Centre, Don Montgomery Community Recreation Centre, Cedarbrae Mall, and several restaurants and other retail shops. The Property is in close proximity to many local parks, Computek College, Centennial College Ashtonbee Campus, and has easy access to public transit and major highways.
