Toronto – March 31, 2021 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a multi-residential building comprising 35 units located at 3388 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
“The acquisition of this property compliments Starlight’s presence in mid-town Toronto and demonstrates our strategy of acquiring well-positioned assets in prospering communities,” stated Daniel Drimmer, Starlight’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
The Property is situated mid-town Toronto in the neighbourhood of Bedford Park-Nortown in Toronto, Ontario. The four storey building comprising 35 units includes 20 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom units. Building amenities include kitchens with stainless steel appliances, private balconies, on-site laundry and covered surface parking. The Property is located in close proximity to public transit, schools, restaurants, shopping, and other outdoor amenities and will be managed on site by Cogir.
The acquisition of the Property further strengthens Starlight’s presence in Toronto, Ontario, demonstrates its access to investment opportunities and reflects its reputation for successfully negotiating and executing transactions.
