Toronto – May 3, 2021 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a mid-rise, concrete multi-residential building comprising 82 units located at 60 Bridge Street West, Belleville, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is situated within short walking distance of the Belleville Harbour and is in close proximity to public transit, schools, restaurants, shopping, and other outdoor amenities. The eight storey concrete building comprising 82 units includes 33 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom and 17 three- bedroom units. Building amenities include kitchens with stainless steel appliances, private balconies, on-site laundry, storage lockers and surface and underground parking. The Property will be managed on site by Sterling Karamar.
