Toronto – February 22, 2022 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of an 82-unit mid-rise apartment building in Brampton, Ontario (the ​“Property”).

The Property is located in the Peel Village area of Brampton and is situated close to public transit, is a short drive to the Shoppers World Brampton shopping centre as well as Sheridan College’s Davis Campus. Residents benefit from easy access to Highway 410 which also connects to Highway 401. Surrounding the Property are a variety of parks and green spaces including Archdekin Park, Kiwanis Memorial Park and Peel Village Park.
