Toronto – April 8, 2022 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of two low-rise apartment buildings totaling 18 units located in Etobicoke, Ontario (“the Properties”).
The Properties are located adjacent to each other on The West Mall in Etobicoke’s Eatonville neighbourhood. A short walk to Cloverdale Mall and Bloor Street West, the Properties are surrounded by countless options for retail and restaurants. Greenspaces including Snowellen Avenue Parkette, Bloordale Park, Neilson Park and Etobicoke Creek are also within walking distance. The Properties are a short drive to several junior and middle schools. They also have easy access to highway 427, major roadways and public transit.

The Properties
211 – 215 & 219 The West Mall, Etobicoke – These three-storey buildings are comprised of three bachelor units and 15 two-bedroom units for a total of 18 units. The units are pet friendly and equipped with stainless steel appliances, private balcony or patio space and fully furnished kitchens including a dishwasher. The buildings have elevators and include on-site laundry, underground and surface parking and storage lockers. The buildings will be professionally managed by MetCap.
