Starlight Investments Continues Greater Toronto Area Growth with Strategic Purchase of Concrete Multi-Residential Building

Toronto – December 15, 2017 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of a concrete six storey, mid-rise building located at 55 Trayborn Drive in Richmond Hill, Ontario (the Property”).

The Property consists of 43 bachelor, one and two bedroom units, and offers surface parking, on-site laundry and elevators. Nearby retail amenities include grocery stores, shopping, a movie cinema and local restaurants, all of which are easily accessible by local public transit. Located within close proximity of the Property are multiple green spaces including Bradstock Park and Maple Downs Golf and Country Club. The property also offers easy access to GO transit and is close to major highways.
