Starlight Investments Continues Greater Toronto Area Portfolio Growth with Purchase of Concrete High-Rise Building in Etobicoke

Toronto – June 1, 2018 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that is has completed the acquisition of a concrete, high-rise, multi-residential building located at 41 Garfella Drive in Etobicoke, Ontario (the Property”).

The Property is comprised of 95 bachelor, one, two and three bedroom units in an 11 storey building. The Property offers surface and underground parking as well as elevator access and on site laundry. Nearby amenities include The Albion Centre, grocery and retail shopping, local restaurants, public schools and healthcare facilities. With excellent access to major highways and public transit, the Property compliments the recently purchased property located at 10 Garfella Drive.

The Property will be managed onsite by Cogir Real Estate.
