The Property is comprised of 148 one, two and three bedroom units in a seven storey building and offers surface and covered parking as well as elevator access, stainless appliances, storage lockers, controlled entry and monitored security cameras. Nearby amenities include grocery and retail shopping, The Albion Shopping Centre, local restaurants and public schools. The Property offers access to major highways and public transit.
